Personal instruments for understanding yourself first — then, carefully, others.
A small shell for saveable self-assessments. Start with your own profile. Later you can invite someone you trust to fill theirs, or to rate how they see you — with every voice labeled so those two views never get mixed up.
The first instrument is Neurospice: an ADHD / autism-oriented trait map across frequency, intensity, and impact. The same save / share / invite shell also runs standard screens: PHQ-9, GAD-7, DASS-21, WHO-5, PCL-5, and AUDIT-C.
Couples lens is an original 20-item check-in (friendship, turning toward bids, conflict climate, repair, emotional safety) informed by published Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy findings — not a licensed Gottman Institute questionnaire. After you finish, you can email your partner the same items and compare; an optional follow-up email asks for another pass later.
Beck Depression Inventory and other Pearson-copyrighted scales are not included — they need a paid license. Screens here are public-domain or freely licensed; they are still not diagnoses.
Guide is a signed-in view for therapists, coaches, and guides: create a program with a date and check-in schedule, enroll clients, send fill links when steps are due, and open completed results. Clients do not need an account; their email is never stored.
Sign-in uses a magic link (no password). Email lives in Supabase Auth only — it is not copied into assessment rows or research aggregate rows. Partner invite addresses for Couples lens live only on an owner-only email outbox (not in assessments or research). You can opt surveys into research from Account (off by default). If you opt in, anonymized score summaries include your own self-reports only — not invite fills others complete. You can add optional background (age, gender, region, education, work, ethnicity, diagnoses, treatment, how you found this); skip any question. Those answers travel with your research ID, never with your email. Local .js export remains available so your data isn’t locked to a vendor.
